288C is stamped on the end cap and the bat is 35" long. The Adirondack centerbranding is circa 1975-1978 according to keyman and because there is the catelog number P302 above and below "Adirondack" it is considered "Little League"? It is a 35" long bat and has BELMONT COLLEGE stamped between the centerbranding and the barrel information. Additionally, it has also been referenced by other sites that the P302 didn't appear until after 1984 to 1989? NOTE: Belmont College began using Aluminum bats in the 80's.

Big Stick MANTLE TYPE Personal Model is stamped on the barrel.

The back of the barrel shows multiple ball contact marks.

The handle has a very tiny crack beginning, mainly from the wood drying out.

Reference: Keyman, "A variation which shows up in catalogs circa 1978. "MADE IN U.S.A." is at the top, with the model/catalog No, (302F on this example) appearing above and below the centered "Adirondack" logo. The Registered Trademark over the second "A" in Adirondack which is now in uppercase block print font. Little league bats only have the catalog number below."

Reference Keyman, "College bats will carry a premium above the value of a retail bat. Baseball bats closer to the players specifications, length and weight, could sell for more. In general you could add about 10% to the value of a retail bat of a star player, and 20% to Hall of Fame players. Baseball bats from top colleges with successful sports programs, will sell at a higher premium than smaller local schools and colleges."
